AI is going to play an increasingly important role in our customers’ business operations. Our main software vendors (UiPath, Microsoft) already offer numerous ways to deploy AI in practice. As part of “eat your own dog food,” we recently developed an AI Assistant for internal use that helps our RPA Developers solve problems and use best practices, and the experience has been more than positive. This allows our Developers to find the right information faster and leverage up-to-date knowledge needed to solve specific challenges. Our AI Assistant works similarly to ChatGPT, within our own MS Teams environment and uses a number of selected internal and external resources. Results are provided with source citations.
