NLP and AI

How can the use of RPA be enriched with new technologies, such as automatic text analysis? For example, by using NLP (Natural Language Processing) you can make a digital assistant ‘smarter’ so that it can analyze unstructured data in an RPA process. Messages can be automatically classified, a robot reads specific characteristics from unstructured sources and documents can be automatically anonymized.
